One of the most critical aspects of organising the EARLI and JURE conferences is the peer review process, as it directly impacts the overall quality and scientific value of the conference.
The success of this process is vital to ensuring a high-quality experience for all participants, and we deeply appreciate your contribution to safeguarding the scientific integrity of our conference.
We currently welcome candidate-reviewers to sign up for both the EARLI 2025 and JURE 2025 pre-conference. Your expertise would be greatly valued in this important role. You can do so through your EARLI account, or by following the steps below.
We aim to keep the workload as evenly distributed as possible. You'll also be notified once the review process has started, which we aim to kick off as soon as possible after the submission deadline (5th of November 2024, midnight CET). The review process will conclude on the 16th of January 2025 at midnight CET.
Should you have already signed up as a reviewer, you may of course safely disregard this message.

In order to sign up as a reviewer, follow the steps below:
- Log in to your EARLI account at EARLI-EAPRIL.org
- Click "my reviews" in the navigation menu
- Select "EARLI 2025" and/or "JURE2025" from the list of "upcoming review dates"
- Click "I want to become a reviewer for this conference"
- Select the keywords, SIG and domain most applicable to your research expertise
If you no longer see the EARLI and JURE 2025 conferences listed in your review dashboard, this means that you have already signed up as a reviewer.
