All conference fees which include a 2019 EARLI Membership fee are based on the purchase of a one year FULL membership (€ 95) when ordering your Conference registration. If you wish to purchase a two or three year FULL membership with your Conference registration, this will result in a higher total fee.
 

* For junior and retired researchers, a reduced EARLI membership fee is available (€ 35 for one year JURE and Longstanding membership).

** To be granted the reduced Conference fee as a JURE, you will need to purchase this membership separately prior to registering for the Conference. If you are entitled to the reduced student registration fee, JURE membership is required before you start the registration process for the conference(s). In order to enjoy the early bird deadline, it is required make sure to pay your membership and send your proof before March 31st! You can purchase membership here.

The EARLI Gala Dinner Ticket (€ 65) is not included in the conference registration fee.

A printed programme can be purchased at an additional fee of € 10 per book.

All lunches, coffee breaks and the opening reception are included.

Funding for Presenters

The EARLI Executive Committee (EC) would like to express its commitment to EARLI members who are facing financial struggles and for whom the conference attendance is perhaps not an evident option. In order to do so, the EARLI EC offers funding which will be granted under the form of a waived conference fee to a number of participants.
